Cream Cheese? Yes, Please!
These lovely desserts are just two of the delicious options the Confectionistas can incorporate cream cheese into for your party or special occasion! Shown here are mini pumpkin cheesecake bites topped with a dollop of cream cheese or whipped cream, and fall party chip cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting and a mini slice of "pumpkin pie." Either one is perfect for a little something sweet and they make great take along gifts for your host or hostess!

A Treat For All Seasons
October has lots to offer--cooler weather, football games, and of course Halloween! Little Confectionista has been hard at work baking up goodies perfect for all things fall. Cookies in pretty autumn colors and spooky Halloween themes, cupcakes with tasty fillings, truffle pops, and our newest offering, cake shooters! Cake shooters are like a push up pop for pastry lovers--layers of cake and icing, packaged in a push up pop container that's perfect for your own individual serving of deliciousness. The ones pictured here are chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling and autumn spice cake with cream cheese filling. You can make these in any flavor combo imaginable--and there will be plenty more for you to choose from soon!
sprinkles make everything taste better!

Fall-ing in Love
Fall is a gorgeous time of year to have a wedding in East Tennessee--and fall colors look gorgeous on a wedding cake! Mama Confectionista made this delicious confection: three tiers of both vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling and white almond sour cream cake, iced in buttercream with fondant flowers in burgundy, burnt orange, and white. So pretty!
